Time to write the Post Master General in Washington DC I guess.
This is really just bad bad bad service in my humble opinion!
Freaking horrible. The mail lady had opened my mail (which has important information such as Social security and passport ect ) I have been trying to get a hold of the danm supervisor to file a but the phone kept ringing and nada . Also, I have been waiting for hours just to see the supervisor and had to keep coming back . I'm sick and tired of y'all, you guys need to do your jobs properly so people don't lose their mail.
I wonder where all these bad reviews are coming from. I came on Saturday just before closing time and the guy at the counter was polite and nice. The facility where mailboxes are is very dusty though and made my asthma worse.
zero stars, they wrote that my mail was not delivered because the business was closed..I live in an open apartment and the mailbox is freely accessible.. I do not have a business... I moved here a few months ago and although the mail box has my last name on it, they are still delivering the last tenants mail each and everyday...
I have been coming to this branch for over 30 years and the staff has always been very courteous and helpful to me. Thank you.
I just received a final notice form 3849 that an item is waiting to be delivered. I never received a notice before today, and I believe the Final notice is the 3rd notice, correct? Also, my Bank Account Statement was not delivered in September!!. So this is 3 major Blunders in about 2 weeks!
