Worst. Don’t do it. Stay away. Worst customer service and management. I’ve been having a billing issue for months and no one has called me or emailed me back. I went there to cancel my lease and of course no one is there and no one is getting back to me.
Galo was very nice and helped me with my storage needs. Very pleasant person to deal with..
Came in and was looking for a specific box and Galo was very helpful on trying to find the right box for me since he did not have that size. He also asked if I need storage and I told him maybe in the future. Office was well organized and was very clean I will come and rent here when the time comes.

I realized I would be cutting it close on move in day so was able to pay prior locking in my unit. Then I was running late and was in fear of making the 4pm check in time on Sunday. I called to have the paperwork ready so I could run in and sign which I was able to do in 5 mins flat. Steve who checked me in was super friendly and helpful. The next day Galo was even more amazing helping with everything that I needed whether it be to leave the truck overnight to finish unpacking the next day or where to get food, or offering suggestions on loading more stuff into the unit...you name it he was on it with a VERY friendly disposition and can do attitude. I had a small disconnect when I first signed up for the unit and later found that an agent misrepresented the first month deal I could get. The Storage Post employee worked with me to get within $10 of the originally stated deal so I was happy. Everyone encounters problems and its how you solve them that matters most. Galo checked in on us to see if we needed anything which is rare in today's world. So yes I give them 5 stars for the best pricing, good location, industrial but safe area with several decent eating options nearby including a NC BBQ joint that was really tasty! The units are different meaning they are converted offices but it also means you have some staging area near each unit that is invaluable when trying to get all the heavy stuff on the bottom and the light stuff on top. I also like that they have 'repurposed' a bldg into the storage unit which is easier on the planet! The unit was clean and the office was clean and even the male dominated bathroom was pretty clean so all in all a great value.
