We took our husky mix named Girl to this store for puppy and adult training and we are thrilled with the results. Debbie the dog trainer here is simply amazing. She has been in dog training for 30 years and is a graduate of CA dog training school. Her knowledge blew us away. Every issue we had with Girl was addressed with Debbie and if one trick didn't work, Debbie had another up her sleeve to get the desired results. If you are in need of training a new puppy and are as aggravated as we were, you will not be disappointed. The trainer at this location is simply the best!!!
The store is well lit and fairly well organized. It can be overwhelming when searching for a new dog food though because there are so many choices.
Love this store. They treat me like a friend. Daniel is always super helpful and my dog absolutely loves Rocky! We went to 3 groomers before this and no one could get near her, but Rocky has that special something that she likes.
I went in today to ask several questions about several different pet products. Alisa the sales associate was so extremely rude when I was talking to her. I asked "Can I buy a stand for my 100 gallon fish tank?" Her response was "No" That was it just NO. She has no suggestion just NO. I had to ask her what should I do? Where should I go? After about 3 questions I left without buying anything. I couldn't deal with how impersonal she was. No smile. No how are you today. Terrible Terrible customer service. I am going somewhere else.
Went in today and bought two bags of 10 crickets for my bearded dragon and baby savannah moniter. When I got home I checked them out to make sure none had been mashed. Instead I found mites all inside one of my bags. Mites are a serious issue and can be super difficult to deal with. Mites shouldn't be something to worry about when I buy crickets and a big chain like Petco should be on top of those common issues that arise when working with animals considering it's already shaky reputation.
Great location with friendly helpful employees. They always have the dog food I need.
