I was going crazy trying to find a Publix that would help me find the Platter I promised all of my employees. I called Three different Stores before I found someone that would even attempt to assist me in getting my Request expedited.
They have saved my life today.
One of the employees putting up food near the deli section responded pretty rudely after I simply asked if there was a section where I can sit down and eat the food I just bought. Maybe he was just having a bad day like we all have sometimes. Other than that, the store looked clean, offered a wide selection of goods, employees were out and about organizing shelves and all other employees I interacted with were nice. Yeah, I'd recommend shopping here.

I was unaware that a Sandwich Platter needs to be requested
Went to this Publix with a prescription for ABX. The pharmacist was very professional and good mannered. Went to do other chores around the area. Then after about an hour i got a text saying my prescription was ready. Went to pick them up. a kind and considerate pharmacist said they were free with no charge. It’s great what Publix does for the community.
I've been shopping almost exclusively at this location since moving to south Florida in January and I've never had a terrible experience- not even with Irma prep. It's slightly creepy how nice and helpful the employees are but that might just be because I'm coming from Atlanta... I hope the employees are being rewarded and recognized for their friendliness!! I avoid weekends here just because they stock the shelves during the busiest hours making it difficult to get around. Prices are considerably higher than many bargain stores but if you watch the ads they run lots of sales and buy one get one free purchases.
LeAnn from Customer Service was super Nice an reassured me that she was going to do her best to help me get my platter ready before lunchtime. I am so grateful for her. She really helped me relax and do what was needed to get what I needed accomplished.
Publix Deli online ordering- always awesome to just order and swing by and pick your sub, no wait. Everyone here is so courteous, friendly and attentive. Newly renovated, always clean. 5/5
