We LOVE them here!!! I was the psycho boxer mama and I don't trust just anyone with my baby! I found them online advertised as 24 hour emergency service with glowing reviews and they were there for my boxer in her time of need. Thank GOD for Dr. Ratnoff and Christina!! If you are a picky pet mama (like me) this is your place. They truly LOVE my baby here and are very knowledgeable and experienced.
We had to put our aging Chihuahua down--it was very hard but the doctor, and staff, were all very compassionate and caring. I highly recommend them

My dog was near dead from accidentally stepping in anti freeze. Thought for sure he was going to die a horrible death but we owe Dr Ratnoff a world of thanks for saving the dogs life. We couldn't be more grateful.
